1. Agreement

By booking, scheduling, or receiving services from Speedy Pro Power Washing

2. Services Provided

We provide exterior cleaning services, including but not limited to:

  • Professional Pressure Washing

  • Soft Washing

  • House Washing

  • Roof Washing

All services will be performed as per the agreed-upon estimate or invoice.

3. Scheduling & Access

  • Customers must ensure that the property and service area are accessible on the scheduled date.

  • Water supply, electricity (if required), and safe access to the areas must be available.

  • Please secure pets, vehicles, and personal belongings before service.

4. Payments

    • Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

    • Late payments may be subject to additional fees.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

      • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service.

      • Same-day cancellations or rescheduling may incur a fee.

      • In case of unsafe weather conditions, we may reschedule your service for safety reasons.

6. Liability & Limitations

  • While we take every precaution to protect your property, Speedy Pro Power Washing is not responsible for:

    • Pre-existing damage (loose siding, peeling paint, damaged shingles, etc.).

    • Issues arising from poor installation, aging materials, or previous wear and tear.

    • Customers are responsible for informing us of any fragile areas or concerns before the service

7. Satisfaction Guarantee

  • We aim to provide the highest quality service. If you’re not satisfied, please contact us within 24 hours of service completion, and we will work to resolve your concerns.

8. Safety & Environment

  • We follow safe practices and, whenever possible, use eco-friendly cleaning solutions.

  • Please keep children and pets away from the work area during service.

9. Privacy Policy

  • Your personal information (name, address, contact details) will only be used for scheduling, billing, and communication purposes. We do not share your data with third parties unless required by law.
